Humanize Us All is the culmination of 20 years of working with passionate, caring individuals who understand the value of embracing the full humanity of all people but do not always know how to operationalize that value.
Our mission is to build and share tools to cocreate fully humanized places of work and learning. We believe any organization can make a positive impact on the world and do so equitably with a fully humanized workplace through assessment, critical reflection, and conscious communication.
Our work diverts from traditional DEI training and consulting as it calls in the cultural brilliance of all people so that we can been seen with the fullness of our humanity. From there, we learn to critically reflect on who we are and gain tools for how to effectively break the cycles of harm in our workplaces. It begins with our full "Humanity Audit" that assesses diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, humanizing culture, and workplace policies and procedures.
